⛱️ Do you rent parasols?

We rent parasols at €50,- deposit. When returning the parasol, the deposit will be refunded after your stay.

πŸ– Is it allowed to barbecue?

Barbecuing is permitted, provided you observe the safety requirements. Open fire is not allowed.

πŸ‘¦πŸ» Is it possible for young people travelling alone to stay?

Unaccompanied minors up to 21 years of age are not allowed to stay with us.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ Can I stay with a group?

Holiday park de Meerpaal is a family campsite known for its child-friendliness and quiet atmosphere. Groups are therefore unfortunately not allowed.

πŸ“± Is there WIFI?

Free WIFI is available throughout the park and can be used without a login or password.

πŸš— Are there charging points for electric bicycles/ cars?

We have several charging points for electric bicycles and cars. These are indicated on our map.

🚘 I am coming with a second car, where can I park it?

This can be parked on the park (at a charge of €6,-) on the designated parking spaces, if available.
For a 6-pers. chalet 2 cars are allowed.


β›Ί Can I put up a small tent on the pitch?

A small tent (max. 5 m2) is allowed on the pitch.

πŸ•οΈ Do you have any motor home sites?

We do not have special pitches for campers. However, there are some pitches where campers are allowed.

πŸ•οΈ What types of pitches do you have?

All our pitches are luxury comfort pitches with private sanitary facilities, 16 ampere electricity, own water connection and drainage.

πŸ“Ί What TV signal is available on the campsite?

There is a digital TV signal in Dvb-t quality available, TVs up to about 8 years old are able to receive this signal.

🧍 How many people can I register on one pitch?

You can camp with a maximum of 6 people on 1 pitch.


❔ Is there a kitchen package?

There is a starter pack with a dishwashing brush, dishcloth and some dishwasher cubes. Towels and tea-towels are not standard present in the accommodation. You can reserve a kitchen package for €3,50.

πŸ›οΈ Does a chalet have double duvets?

In a chalet, all beds are single beds, as are the duvets.

Arrival & departure

πŸ•’ What are the arrival and departure times?

If you have booked a camping pitch, you can check in from 1 p.m. and must leave by 10 a.m. at the latest.
If you have booked a chalet, a holiday home, a studio or a safari tent, you can check in from 3 p.m. and you have to leave before 10 a.m.

Facilities & opening hours

πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ Do you also rent out bicycles?

We rent out some bicycles. However, we do not make reservations in advance, but there are usually enough bikes available. In the unlikely event that there are no more bikes available, there are two companies in the vicinity where you can rent bikes.

πŸ›’ Is there a supermarket in the park?

You can buy small groceries and fresh bread rolls etc. in the snack bar. For other groceries you can visit the supermarket at Camping Valkenisse nearby. There are also several large supermarkets in the area.


Reservation & payment

❌ Until when can I cancel without charge?

Within 24 hours after making the reservation you can cancel free of charge. After this time, costs will be charged depending on the date of cancellation.

πŸ’Ά I have made a reservation. How do I pay now?

After booking your holiday you will receive a booking confirmation. In the attachment you will find the total price of the holiday and the corresponding payment terms.
The first payment term is two weeks after making the reservation. The second payment term is 6 weeks before arrival.
Have you forgotten to pay? Please contact us as soon as possible!

πŸ’Ά When will the deposit be refunded?

We ask a deposit of € 100.00 for the chalets and safari tents. This will be paid in advance and refunded within 2 weeks after departure, after inspection of the rental accommodation.
Don't forget to give us the IBAN number on which we can pay back the deposit.

πŸ“§ I have made a reservation but have not yet received a confirmation. What should I do?

The e-mail address may not have been entered correctly. Did you book online, but did not receive a confirmation yet? Please contact us.

βš“ Is the water ship freely accessible?

Guests of the holiday park have free access to the water play boat. When checking in, the children will receive a wristband for the ship. These must be returned at check-out.

🎭 When is there entertainment for children?

In the high season there is entertainment for the children. As soon as the programme is known, it will appear on the website.
